Follow these steps:

  1.  Open Edge.
  2. Type in the New Lens URL: https://app.newlensleadership.com/
  3. From this screen, click the three dots in the top right corner of the screen
  4. Click on "Settings"
  5. Under "Clear browsing data," click on "Choose what to clear"
  6. Check the boxes next to "Cookies" and "saved website data" and "Cached data and files."
  7. Click on "Clear."
  8. Go back to the open New Lens window
  9. Log in with existing credentials
