1. Go into your Android phone settings.
2. Click into your Apps.
3. Select the New Lens app.
4. Select Storage.
5. Click on “Clear cache”. Then, click on “Clear data”.
6. You’ll notice that both your “Data” and “Cache” numbers now are zero.
7. Now, you should be able to Log in or Sign Up.
Please note that this will not affect and data that you have entered and saved in the New Lens application.
