Follow these steps:
- Open Edge.
- Type in the New Lens URL: https://app.newlensleadership.com/
- From this screen, click the three dots in the top right corner of the screen
- Click on "Settings"
- Under "Clear browsing data," click on "Choose what to clear"
- Check the boxes next to "Cookies" and "saved website data" and "Cached data and files."
- Click on "Clear."
- Go back to the open New Lens window
- Log in with existing credentials
