Follow these steps:
- Open Chrome.
- Type in the New Lens URL: https://app.newlensleadership.com/
- From this screen, click the three dots in the top right corner of the screen
- Click on "More tools"
- Click on "clear browsing data"
- Make sure that "Clear cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" have check marks in the boxes. (Browsing history doesn't have to be selected). Make sure the time frame says 4 weeks.
- Click on "Clear data"
- Go back to the open New Lens window
- Log in with existing credentials
